Classes

Mondays:  11am weekly, 1 1/2 hrs

Fridays:     8pm Summer / 7pm Winter.  Once a month on Fridays.

                   This is a 3hr Shamanic dance.

Fee

Each Monday class is €12 (or whatever you can afford)

Fridays €15 (or whatever you can afford)

I would prefer for people pay what they can afford rather than missing the real benefits of Movement Medicine for financial reasons.

                                                

Arrival time

15mins before each class till 15mins after.

 

Lift sharing (click here for more information)

Please lift share wherever possible and do please drive slowly as there are children, animals and blind spots along the way.  NO parking outside on the road please. The gates have to stay shut to keep my sheep in so do open them, drive in and then shut gate BEFORE parking.  Your support with this would be greatly appreciated. 

 

What to wear and what to bring

Comfortable clothing and we dance barefoot or in non-slip socks. A flash light for the winter evening classes is required.  Well water is provided for drinking.

Closed Group:  A Weekly Movement Medicine Deeper Dive class

Where we dive more deeply into the tools of Movement Medicine.

Wednesdays 11am: (6 classes)

Women’s Dance

Bi-monthly when advertised where we share our writing, singing, poetry, art, our stories and our dance.

 

I love providing a women-only-space for sharing who and how we are.  An empowering, safe and joyful place for women to come and freely express their wildness and simply let go!

(Times and dates to be confirmed, these will take place around full moon time)
